ST. LOUIS – The father of a man killed in a motorcycle collision is suing the other party allegedly involved in the collision.

Hieu Tang filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Latifah Asadullah alleging wrongful death.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 14, 2015, his 22-year-old son, Jason Tang, was injured and died when defendant's minivan collided with decedent's motorcycle at or near the intersection of Nagel Avenue and Gravois in St. Louis.

The plaintiff holds Asadullah responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to yield to the right of way to decedent, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to observe and follow a traffic control device.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in a fair and reasonable amount of more than that is just and proper. He is represented by John A. Lally of Rhodes & Lally LLC in St. Louis.
