Driver alleges head, neck were injured in St. Louis collision

ST. LOUIS – A driver is seeking damages over a collision in St. Louis.

Cherrie Mosley filed a complaint on Dec. 5 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Davia Douglas alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 6, 2016, she was injured in a motor vehicle accident at or near the intersection of Hampton Avenue and Crescent in St. Louis as a result of the defendant's negligence. She alleges she suffered injuries to her head, neck, back, shoulders and legs and incurred damages of more than $25,000 as a result of the accident. 

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages plus costs of this action. She is represented by Christopher Durso and Travis Gray of Evans & Dixon in St. Louis.
