ST. LOUIS – A Missouri couple are seeking damages from a tractor-trailer driver and his employer over a collision on Interstate 64.

Michael Stokes and Erica Stokes filed a complaint on Dec. 6 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Landstar Inc. and Charles Brandon Craig alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 18, 2017, the plaintiffs were injured in an accident when defendants' tractor-trailer collided with their vehicle at or near the intersection of Interstate 64 and Jefferson Avenue in St. Louis. They allege they were caused to incur costs to repair their vehicle in the approximate sum of $15,000, rental costs of $900, diminution of value of $4,000, medical expenses of $3,000 and loss of personal property of $300.
