Car accident 09

ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges he was injured in a St. Louis collision when another motorist turned directly into his vehicle.

Gary Jones filed a complaint on Dec. 5 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Levi Davenport alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 16, 2017, he was injured in a motor vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of Hampton Avenue and Sunshine Drive in St. Louis. The suit states the defendant made an improper left turn directly into the plaintiff's vehicle. He alleges he sustained injuries to his head, neck, back and upper extremities as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Davenport responsible because the defendant allegedly carelessly made an improper turn directly onto plaintiff's car, failed to keep a proper lookout, and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, costs and all other relief that is proper and just. He is represented by Justin D. Guerra of Holloran Schwartz & Gaertner LLP in St. Louis.
