ST. LOUIS – An Illinois woman alleges she was injured in a rear-end collision in St. Louis.

Marilyn Browning filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Diondra Raney alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 22, 2016, she was injured near the intersection of Interstate 70 and Stan Musial Bridge in St. Louis when the defendant rear-ended her vehicle. She alleges she suffered grave injuries that resulted in extreme pain and suffering, loss of ability to enjoy life and numerous medical bills.

The plaintiff holds Raney responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to use evasive maneuvers to avoid an accident.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in her favor of more than $25,000, and all other relief that is just and proper. She is represented by Stephen C. Mudge of Reed, Armstrong Mudge & Morrissey in Edwardsville, Illinois.
