Mercedes Benz owner alleges collision caused more than $30,000 in damages to vehicle

ST. LOUIS – A Mercedes Benz owner is seeking more than $30,000 from a St. Louis man for damages to the vehicle that were the result of a collision.

Arlete Silva filed a complaint on Dec. 10 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Thomas Davis II alleging property damage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 1, 2016, the defendant's vehicle struck her 2009 Mercedes Benz GL55 on N. Grand Boulevard in Missouri. The suit states the plaintiff's vehicle was damaged and depreciated in the amount of $30,518.50. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $30,518.50, plus costs and all other relief that is proper and just. She is represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
