Driver allegedly failed to keep proper lookout before backing out onto El Paulo Court

ST. LOUIS – A driver is alleged to have failed to keep a careful lookout before backing out onto an Oakville street.

Corey Howard filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Hemeri Bravo alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 26, he was injured in a motor vehicle collision on El Paulo Court. The suit states the defendant backed out onto El Paulo Court and the parties' vehicles collided.

The plaintiff alleges he suffered serious injuries to his head, back and left shoulder and incurred lost wages and medical expenses as a result. 

The plaintiff holds Bravo responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep vigilant and proper lookout and failed to slacken speed, swerve or stop the vehicle to avoid a collision.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for such sums that is fair and reasonable. He is represented by Joseph K. Robbins of The Robbins Law Firm in St. Louis.
