ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges she incurred more than $5,000 in property damage after a collision in St. Louis.

Alicia Milton filed a complaint on Dec. 18 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Stephanie Hall alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 24, 2017, she was injured in an auto collision at or near the intersection of Delmar Boulevard and Clarendon Avenue in St. Louis with the defendant. She alleges she sustained serious and permanent injuries to her right femur, left leg, bilateral knees, lumbar spine and other parts of the body. She also alleges she suffered approximately $5,000 for the loss of her vehicle.

The plaintiff holds Hall responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently attempted to make a left turn when it was not safe to do so and without keeping a proper lookout for other vehicles on the roadway.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in an amount greater than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief deemed proper and just. She is represented by William K. Meehan of Meehan Law Firm in University City.
