ST. LOUIS – Damages are being sought from an Arnold man over allegations of property damages and personal injuries incurred in an auto accident.

Tina Brogan and Glen Ziegler filed a complaint on Dec. 17 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Austin Suraud alleging property damage and personal damage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on July 3, 2017, Tina Brogan's automobile was traveling on an open and public street in Bates when it was struck by defendant's vehicle. The suit states the vehicle was damaged and depreciated in the amount of $8,239. Glen Ziegler alleges he suffered personal injury in the collision and was caused to be damaged in the sum of $25,000.
