Man alleges he was injured in St. Louis collision caused by driver making improper turn

ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges he was injured when another motorist made an improper turn in St. Louis and caused a collision.

Tanner B. Tampow filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Mandy Drozda alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 6, 2018, he was injured in an auto collision when the defendant struck his vehicle at the intersection Kingshighway Boulevard and Interstate 44 in St. Louis. 

The plaintiff holds Drozda responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield and carelessly made an improper turn.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief that is just and necessary. He is represented by Christopher K. Geldmacher of Sauter & Sullivan LLC in St. Louis.
