Alsco alleges breach of agreement by Super 8 motel operator caused more than $100,000 in damages

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis company alleges it has been damaged in an amount of more than $100,000 as the result of an early termination of a contract.

Alsco Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Sam & Ram Corp., doing business under the trade name Super 8, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 1, 2018, the parties entered into a textile rental service for a term through May 1, 2023. On Sept. 14, 2018, the suit states the defendant notified plaintiff of its intention to cease to perform its obligations under the agreement. 

The plaintiff alleges it suffered damages in an amount of at least $108,269.17 because of the breach of the agreement.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $108,269.17, plus interest, costs and all other relief that is just and proper. It is represented by James K. Schleiffarth of Schleiffarth Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
