Car accident 12

ST. LOUIS – Four individuals allege they were injured in a St. Louis auto accident caused by a driver who ran a red light.

Gina Starks, et al. filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Garrie Foster alleging that the driver failed to exercise the highest degree of care in operating a motor vehicle.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on June 6, 2018, they were involved in an auto collision at the intersection of Riverview Boulevard and McLaran Avenue with Foster. They allege they suffered injuries as a result of the collision.

The plaintiffs hold Foster responsible because the defendant allegedly violated a red light, failed to keep a lookout and failed to avoid the collision.

The plaintiffs seek compensatory damages of more than $25,000, plus interest, costs and all other relief that is proper and necessary. They are represented by Benjamin J. Sansone of Sansone & Lauber in Clayton.
