Bryan Cave issued the following announcement on Jan. 15.
Thomson Reuters, recognized as maintaining the most comprehensive database available on mergers and acquisitions, has ranked Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner among the top legal advisers for M&A work involving a U.S. target for 2018. The firm has placed among the top 20 legal advisers in this category for more than 20 years.
The firm is tied for 13th based on the number of transactions completed involving a U.S. target, with 112 completed transactions in 2018. Thomson Reuters also ranked the firm among the top 20 in several other categories, including “Any US Public Involvement Completed” and “Any US Involvement Completed.” The firm’s rankings have increased as compared to Thomson Reuter’s 2017 year-end results.
