ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis nursing care facility operator alleges it is still owed thousands for the care of a resident.

Dutchtown Care Center Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 4 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against William C. Shoemaker and Shirley Williams alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 23, 2017, it agreed to provide care and services to defendant Shoemaker. After all proper credits for payments, the balance amount of $92,897.25 allegedly remains due and owing.

The plaintiff holds Shoemaker and Williams responsible because despite demand for payments for the remaining balance due, the defendants allegedly failed and refused to do so.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants in the amount of $92,897.25, with interest, costs, attorney's fees and all other relief deemed just and proper. It is represented by Joshua M. Schindler of The Schindler Law Firm PC in Saint Louis.
