Passenger seeks damages from First Chicago Insurance for St. Louis auto accident

ST. LOUIS – A passenger alleges he was injured in a St. Louis collision caused by the driver's negligence and is seeking damages from an insurance company.

Charles Burrows filed a complaint on Jan. 7 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against First Chicago Insurance Co. citing insurance contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 14, 2018, he was a passenger in the vehicle operated by Antoinette Douglas when they collided with another vehicle at an intersection on Kingshighway. He alleges he suffered injuries to the head and low back from the collision.

At the time of the incident the insurance policy issued by defendant provided casualty protection to the Douglas vehicle was in full force and effect. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in an amount of no more than $75,000. He is represented by Joseph K. Robbins of The Robbins Law Firm in St. Louis.
