Rebecca Nickelson has been nominated by the St. Louis Bar Foundation’s Board of Directors to serve on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Lawyers Trust Account Foundation.
The Missouri Lawyers Trust Account Foundation collects revenues from the interest accrual on lawyer IOLTA trust accounts, and its purposes are limited to: (a) providing civil legal assistance to the poor, (b) improving the administration of Justice, and (c) promoting such other programs for the benefit of the public as are specifically approved from time to time by the Missouri Supreme Court for exclusively public purposes.
Nickelson, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, is active in and holds leadership positions with numerous professional associations including the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, DRI - the Voice of the Defense Bar, and the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers. She is a recipient of the President's Award of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and is rated an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Nickelson focuses her legal practice on the defense of toxic tortmatters.
