ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges her neck and head were injured in a collision at a St. Louis intersection.

Sandra Thompson filed a complaint on Jan. 16 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Tiffany Chen alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 21, 2018, she was involved in an automobile collision with defendant's vehicle at the intersection of Newstead and Duncan in St. Louis City. She alleges she suffered injuries to her neck, head and both legs as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Chen responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout and operated her vehicle at an excessive rate of speed.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in an amount greater than $50,000, plus costs. She is represented by Andrew G. Toennies of Lashly & Baer PC in St. Louis.
