AIEC alleges Thiel Tool and Engineering failed to make payments under agreement

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis company is alleged to have failed to pay for goods and services under a contract.

AIEC Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 15 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Thiel Tool and Engineering Co. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 22, 2014, it entered into a contract with the defendant for goods and services. The plaintiff alleges it has performed its duties under the contract and the defendant has failed to make payments as required.

The plaintiff alleges it has been damaged in the amount of $24,681.82.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $24,681.82, with interest, costs and attorney's fees. It is represented by Christopher K. Raghebi of Kramer & Frank PC in St. Louis.
