ST. LOUIS – A Cadillac owner alleges she incurred more than $6,000 in damages to the vehicle in a collision caused by the negligence of another driver.

Carol Thomas filed a complaint on Jan. 24 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Ana-Alicia Frierson alleging property damage and personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 28, 2016, she was travelling on Page Street and was struck by defendant's vehicle, causing her vehicle to be damaged and depreciated in the amount of $6,580. She alleges she also sustained injuries and incurred damages in the sum of $25,000.

The plaintiff holds Frierson responsible because the defendant allegedly carelessly and negligently caused her motor vehicle to collide with plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $25,000, plus interest, costs of court and all other relief deemed just and proper. She is represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
