Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Missouri Lawyers Weekly has recognized partner Sonni Nolan and associate Larissa Whittingham in its Women’s Justice Awards series. Nolan was named a Litigation Practitioner Award winner, and Whittingham was recognized for her pro bono accomplishments.
Nolan is based in St. Louis and is a member of the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation industry team. She advises clients on general business strategy and commercial litigation, as well as employment discrimination matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, related state agencies and before state and federal courts. She also represents corporate management engaged in collective bargaining, arbitrations, corporate campaigns, positive employee relations training and matters before the National Labor Relations Board.
Whittingham is based in Husch Blackwell’s Springfield office and is a member of the firm’s Higher Education and Labor & Employment practice groups. She regularly advises clients on a variety of employment-related matters, including the development of employment policies and procedures and discrimination litigation. She is a frequent contributor to the firm’s labor relations and education blogs.
The 21st annual Women’s Justice Awards event will be held Thursday, April 25, at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. Winners will be profiled in a special section of Missouri Lawyers Weekly on April 29.
