POLSINELLI PAC: Polsinelli Continues National Corporate & Transactional Growth with Addition of New Kansas City Shareholder

Partnership

Polsinelli PAC issued the following announcement on May 22.

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes Jessica Norris as shareholder and member of its Business Department. Norris joins the firm’s Kansas City, Mo. office, deepening the breadth of its growing national Corporate & Transactional Practice Group.

Building on nearly two decades of mergers and acquisitions practice, Norris brings robust experience in public and private company mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances and commercial lending transactions. With an emphasis on the middle market, Norris represents private equity funds in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, and also serves as outside counsel to companies in a number of industries, including manufacturing, construction, health care, technology and online retail.

“Jessica’s responsive and strategic approach is highly regarded and will serve our clients’ business interests well,” said Polsinelli Corporate & Transactional Practice Chair Jon Henderson. “Jessica has earned a distinct reputation for resolving complex transactional issues, and brings a rich background that will boost our ability to propel clients’ deals and transactions toward a rapid and favorable close.”

Norris earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri before obtaining a J.D. with honors from the University of Missouri School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.

“Polsinelli’s substantial Corporate and Transactional Practice and strategic positioning of offices throughout the U.S. both impressed and attracted me to the firm,” said Norris. “Being able to take advantage of Polsinelli’s numerous practice areas will allow me to fully service client needs.”

Norris joins Polsinelli’s Corporate & Transactional Practice during a period of growth. Earlier this year, the firm grew the practice with the addition of Miami Shareholder Milton A. Vescovacci.
