Polsinelli PAC issued the following announcement on June 21.
Legal industry financial executive veteran Scott Fletcher is Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli’s newest Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Fletcher has served in similar C-suite financial and operational roles within the legal industry since 2006. As COO and CFO of Polsinelli, Fletcher will work closely with Chairman and CEO Chase Simmons and the leadership team to further expand the firm’s platform and increase client service offerings.
“We’ve spent over a year searching for the most qualified candidate to fill this very strategic position at Polsinelli,” said Simmons. “We are confident that, from both an experience and culture perspective, Scott will be an extremely valuable addition to our firm.”
Fletcher will office at the Dallas and Kansas City, Mo. Polsinelli locations, but will serve the entire firm and its coast-to-coast offices. He is responsible for partnering with attorneys and leadership on the development and execution of Polsinelli’s strategic plan, leveraging his extensive background in operational management. Fletcher leads firm-wide financial planning, financial reporting and analytics and accounting.

Fletcher brings extensive background in operational management to Polsinelli, having worked for more than a decade in administrative leadership roles at several large law firms across the country. He will implement strategic initiatives and further improve Polsinelli’s business practices as the firm’s new COO and CFO.
Fletcher earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Accounting from Texas Tech University before obtaining a Master’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Tampa.
