McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips issued the following announcement on July 9.
The workers' compensation benefit rates have been updated for the period of July 1, 2019 to June 30th, 2020 for Kansas, Missouri and Iowa. Oklahoma workers' compensation benefit rates were updated and went into effect for injuries occurring on or after May 28th, 2019 to December 31st, 2019.
Kansas Rates
The maximum weekly benefit rate has increased to $666.00.
The mileage rate has increased to $0.58 a mile.
Missouri Rates
The maximum weekly benefit rate has increased to $981.65 for TTD, PTD and Death.
The maximum PPD benefit rate has increased to $514.20.
The mileage rate has increased to $0.55 a mile.
Iowa Rates
The maximum weekly benefit rate for TTD, HP, PTD and Death has increased to $1,819.00.
The maximum PPD benefit rate has increased to $1,673.00.
The mileage rate has increased to $0.58 a mile.
Oklahoma Rates
The maximum weekly benefit rate for TTD and PTD has increased to $867.71.
The maximum PPD benefit rate has increased to $350.00.
