Shook Partners John Barkett and Bill Martucci, with Associate Ruth Anne French-Hodson, will present a webinar examining key U.S. Supreme Court decisions during the 2018-19 term and providing a preview of the upcoming 2019-20 term, from 1:00-2:15 p.m. EST, Friday, September 6, 2019.
Webinar highlights will include key 5-4 decisions, the impact of stare decisis, and a review of Justice Kavanaugh’s first year and Justice Gorsuch’s second year on the Court. CLE credit is available in some states.
