Founded in Indianapolis in 2008, Brannon Sowers & Cracraft is a boutique intellectual property, business, and litigation law firm representing clients throughout the U.S. SmithAmundsen is a full-service business law firm with offices throughout the Midwest and national practices. This alliance will be an essential driver in leveraging the development of new business opportunities and an expansion of the reach of both law firms.
