JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry says it is focused on helping employers navigate through the COVID-19 outbreak, as the state's business community faces extraordinary challenges.

The Missouri Chamber has launched mochamber.com/coronavirus and is providing updates on a daily basis. The page offers links to business-specific resources from state and national sources, including the CDC, Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the Missouri Department of Economic Development, the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and health systems from across the state. It also has information sheets and Missouri-specific webinars to help businesses that are facing difficult employment decisions.

“The coronavirus is posing a major challenge for many Missouri employers, and likely will continue to be an issue for weeks to come. During this challenging time, the Missouri Chamber is focused on doing everything we can to keep the business community up to date and connected with the best resources available,” said Daniel P. Mehan, Missouri Chamber president and CEO.

“We will be continually updating this page as long as coronavirus remains an issue in our state.”
