Greensfelder Officers Daniel R. Garner and Donald D. McBride are among those listed on Benchmark Litigation’s annual 40 & Under Hot List for 2020. The list includes a “diverse and enthusiastic” group of attorneys from across the U.S. and Canada who are considered by peers and clients to be “among the top young talent in their respective litigation communities.”
The 2020 edition of Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under Hot List was released July 30. Those named to the selective list are chosen through a process involving a review of recent case work, peer review and client feedback. Benchmark Litigation is a guide to leading litigation firms and lawyers, and it provides rankings based on interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists and clients, as well as analysis of cases.
Garner is a member of Greensfelder’s Energy and Franchising & Distribution industry groups, and McBride is co-leader of the Financial Services industry group. Both are graduates of Saint Louis University School of Law and are based in the firm’s St. Louis office.
