Armstrong Teasdale issued the following announcement on Dec. 7.

Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of associates Maxwell Feit and Brandon Hall to its Boston and St. Louis offices, respectively. Feit joins the Financial and Real Estate Services practice group, while Hall joins the Corporate Services practice group. They are among more than 70 attorneys and staff who have joined the firm in 2020.

Feit focuses on bankruptcy, financial restructuring and commercial litigation. His experience includes representing companies involved in commercial disputes, regulatory appeals and collection actions, and providing counsel to debtors and creditors in individual and corporate bankruptcy cases and related litigation. A former bankruptcy court clerk, Feit gained valuable experience researching, drafting and editing memoranda, opinions and orders on issues ranging from motions in main bankruptcy cases to trials in adversary proceedings for denial of discharge or dischargeability of particular claims.

Hall provides counsel to both established corporations and emerging companies on general corporate and governance matters, and mergers and acquisitions. His work with emerging companies and entrepreneurs includes helping them navigate formation, ownership, financing, employment contracting, fiduciary duties, intellectual property issues and compliance, most recently related to COVID-19. He also utilizes his background and experience handling complex ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance to effectuate the seamless transition of employee benefit plan compliance, often within the context of transactions. Further, Hall represents clients in the health care and life sciences space, including counseling health care systems, hospitals and physicians on both state and federal health policy.
