Greensfelder Hemker & Gale PC. issued the following announcement on Feb. 11.
Greensfelder is pleased to announce that Courtney Adair has been chosen to participate in the 2021 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows Program and Caroline Paillou will participate in LCLD’s Pathfinder Program. Adair is an officer in Greensfelder’s Litigation practice group, and Paillou is an associate in the Litigation practice group.
Since 2010, Greensfelder has been a member of LCLD, a national group that includes managing partners of law firms and general counsel from major corporations. LCLD’s goals are to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and foster leadership skills, and its Fellows Program aims to identify, train and advance the next generation of leaders.
As this year’s fellow, Adair will join a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations. The program offers a yearlong, in-depth experience that provides opportunities for relationship-building and training while enhancing participants’ commitment to fostering diversity in the profession.
The LCLD Pathfinder Program is in its sixth year as a full-scale program. It assists early-career attorneys with critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.
