The Boeing Company is accused of violating the Missouri Human Rights Act by a former employee in the St. Louis County Circuit Court.

According to the complaint filed on April 8, plaintiff Jeff Bonomo worked for the aerospace company beginning in 1985.

Bonomo accuses Boeing of promoting a lesser qualified employee to a management position only because the person was younger.

The plaintiff obtained a right to sue from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and says he was retaliated against and the age discrimination allegedly worsened until Bonomo was forced into retirement because of the work condition in January of 2020.

The Boeing Company is accused of age discrimination and retaliation, and Bonomo requests at least $25,000 in damages. He is represented by Ponder Zimmermann LLC of St. Louis.
