ST. LOUIS -- A man claims to have suffered a severe injury after being run over by a co-worker while at work.
Michael Green filed a complaint in March 14 in the Circuit Court for the City of St. Louis against Roadone Intermodalogistics, LLC., BNSF Railway Company and any other defendants currently unknown for negligence. The defendants removed the case to federal court on June 14.
According to the complaint, Green was employed at Southern Intermodal, a subtractor of BNSF Railway Company, on March 25, 2016. Green was allegedly in the process of fixing one of the company vehicles when he was run over by Roadone's vehicle driven by a Roadone employee. Green allegedly suffered injuries to his right ankle, ribs and body.
