Husch Blackwell LLP recently issued the following announcement.

On July 1, 2021, several state laws will go into effect allowing college athletes to profit off of their name, image and likeness, quite possibly without an agreed upon national standard. This webinar will focus on rules related to college athlete name, image and likeness as of June 30th, what may lie ahead in this area and considerations for colleges and universities as they navigate this new landscape.
