Armstrong Teasdale Adds Attorneys in St. Louis, Salt Lake City and Denver

Armstrong Teasdale LLP issued the following announcement on Sept. 9.

Armstrong Teasdale announces that Associates Elizabeth Grube, Charles D. Morris and Michelle Thom have joined the firm in St. Louis, Missouri, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Denver, Colorado, respectively. They join a roster of more than 340 attorneys at Armstrong Teasdale throughout the U.S. and U.K.

Grube is a member of the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group. She draws on her previous experience as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas to aid in research, writing and problem solving for her clients. Grube has experience drafting and editing motions and memoranda across a broad range of practice areas involving bankruptcy and restructuring, intellectual property, corporate governance, cybersecurity and consumer protection, and real estate.

Morris is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group. He has a strong background in research and analysis of federal, state and local statutes, lending to his understanding of the legal landscape across a wide range of practice areas. Morris’s familiarity with corporate and transactional law further aids him in assessing a client’s growth goals and strategic objectives, and enables him to provide counsel on dispute resolution with the same in mind. He also has experience with mergers and acquisitions and taxation.

Thom is a skilled corporate attorney, regularly serving as outside counsel to businesses on a broad spectrum of legal matters and ensuring that legal risks are minimized. Her background in property management and real estate provides her with personal insight into the contrast between business needs and legal controls, which allows her to advance creative solutions for her clients. Thom assists clients in various aspects of strategic transactions, understanding each client’s business and unique goals. She has experience drafting and negotiating business contracts, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and providing counsel on regulatory frameworks and employment matters within the context of transactions.
