On October 21, Michael Young is presenting a continuing legal education (CLE) webinar on the latest developments in Missouri insurance and bad faith law. He will be paying particular attention to agreements under RSMo 537.065, settlement demands, and interpleader actions for multiple claimants. Young, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith issues. He also advises insurers on drafting policy language and developing best practices in handling claims. Young is a Certified Litigation Management Professional and currently serves on the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s Insurance Coverage and Extra-Contractual Committees, as well as on the Legislative Committee for the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers.
