File000704919536

Littler Mendelson PC recently issued the following announcement.

This program will provide an introduction to Missouri’s newest leave law, the Victims’ Economic Safety and Security Act (VESSA). VESSA requires Missouri employers with at least 20 employees to provide unpaid leave and reasonable safety accommodations for employees who are victims of domestic or sexual violence or have family or household members who are victims of such violence. The program will review the qualifying reasons for leave, administration of VESSA leave and accommodation requests, and how to update employer leave and accommodations policies.
