Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. issued the following announcement on Jan. 12.

Greensfelder attorney Lauren Daming and litigation support manager Jesi Cochran-Buss have joined a select group of electronic discovery professionals from around the world in achieving the prestigious CEDS (Certified E-Discovery Specialist) designation.

The Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), the premier global e-discovery professional membership organization, administers the certification program. The CEDS credential validates the proficiency of professionals who have demonstrated their knowledge by passing a four-hour examination in the challenging field of electronic discovery. The credential indicates that the CEDS-certified professional is serious about efficiency, cost-effectiveness and risk reduction in all phases of e-discovery.

Daming is a member of Greensfelder’s Employment & Labor practice group and focuses her practice on areas where privacy concerns intersect with the workplace. In 2021, she became a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), a premier credential in data privacy laws and regulations.

Cochran-Buss is a Relativity Certified Expert, meaning she holds multiple Relativity certifications. She is one of only a handful of people with those certifications who works in a law firm environment, and is therefore uniquely qualified to assess which review strategies are most appropriate for any given case.
