ST. LOUIS - Antoine B. Sharp filed a lawsuit on Dec. 1 in the St. Louis County Circuit Court against CVS for discrimination.
According to the lawsuit, Sharp suffered race and color discrimination and harassment while being an employee of CVS. Sharp claims that CVS should have known that the discrimination and harassment were occurring and impeding his ability to perform his work duties.
Sharp was caused to suffer lost wages and mental anguish.
Sharp seeks no more than $60,000 plus attorney's fees and cost of suit. Sharp is representing himself.
The defendant has removed the case to federal court.
