Claims and Litigation Alliance (CLM) recently announced that HeplerBroom’s Michael Young has been selected as one of three finalists in the Outside Defense Counsel category for the CLM Professional of the Year Award. The winner will be announced March 24 at the awards dinner during CLM’s Annual Conference.
Young, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith issues. He also advises insurers on drafting policy language and developing best practices in handling claims. He is a Fellow in the American College of Coverage Counsel, a Certified Litigation Management Professional, and has been named to the list of Best Lawyers in America. He is also a faculty member of CLM’s School of Extra-Contractual Claims, co-chair of its Extra-Contractual Committee, and serves on its Insurance Coverage Committee. In addition, he is on the Legislative Committee for the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers.
