Kathleen Howard, a litigation attorney in Greensfelder’s Financial Services and Energy industry groups, will serve as the next Securities Section Chair of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL). Her tenure will be effective May 1, 2022, and will last for one year.
BAMSL sections provide a variety of resources across their respective practice areas. As chair, Howard will guide various educational sessions and implement initiatives for section members and the legal community at large.
Howard’s experience includes the defense of clients in business litigation matters as well as disputes related to trade secrets and noncompete agreements. She is well-versed in all stages of litigation preparation and has also assisted in class action litigation.
