Greensfelder is being recognized for top-notch client service in the prestigious BTI Client Service A-Team report for 2022 and is  ranked among the law firms that have most improved their client service  over the past year.

The firm, which was also listed in the 2021  A-Team report, is recognized again this year among those firms that  clients say deliver the best levels of service, as determined through  in-depth interviews with more than 350 corporate counsel. The research  evaluates service in areas including value, understanding of the  client’s business, legal skills, communication, innovation and more.

Significantly,  Greensfelder was one of 59 firms designated as having most improved  client service in 2021. According to BTI, the most-improved list  reflects those firms that “stepped up in a big way and saw their  performance soar.”

“These firms improved at more than twice the  rate of all other law firms,” BTI noted. “They were able to step up and  help clients in new and unexpected ways — and some old fashioned ways as  well.”

Client experience is a key focus for Greensfelder, in accordance with the firm’s core values of providing quality, people-focused service with successful results. Greensfelder Officer John A. Goldstein leads the firm’s Client Experience & Innovation team,  which focuses on moving the needle on client experience and  satisfaction via training and resources for attorneys across the firm.

“This  is a great accomplishment for the firm and an affirmation of the great  work of our Client Experience & Innovation team,” Greensfelder  President and CEO Kevin T. McLaughlin said. “We are pleased that our efforts to provide top-quality service are making an impact with our clients.”
