MacDonald, Noce, and Fowler on Trial Academy Faculty

Law

Theodore “Ted” MacDonald, Gerard “Jerry” Noce, and Meg Fowler were among the faculty for The Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers’ recent three-day Trial Academy. The program (a combination of demonstration, lecture, and critique) is designed for attorneys who have been in practice for one to five years. The three well-qualified HeplerBroom attorneys offered their knowledge and tips from having tried a total of over 300 cases to verdict.

All three attorneys are partners in the firm’s St. Louis office, and each has accumulated numerous awards and honors during their legal careers, including being named annually to lists of outstanding lawyers such as Best Lawyers in America and Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers. In addition, both MacDonald and Noce are rated AV Preeminent Attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell.

During his litigation career, MacDonald has concentrated on the defense of medical malpractice, employment law, and white-color criminal defense. He currently focuses his practice on mediation. Noce currently focuses his practice on trials involving the defense of complex business litigation matters, while Fowler focuses her practice on trials involving the defense of multiple issues, including personal injury, transportation, professional liability, and insurance coverage, as well as handling appellate matters.

In addition to the three faculty members, HeplerBroom was also pleased to have two of its associate attorneys, Emily Roman and  Andrew GIlkerson, chosen as student participants.
