It is a violation of the Nuremberg Code to force, coerce or mandate an experimental drug on St. Louis Public School teachers and staff members, according to a Missouri physician.
The Nuremberg Code, which emerged after World War II, is largely defined as principles that prohibit inhumane experimentation similar to what was imposed upon Jewish people in Germany during the Holocaust.
“The COVID-19 vaccine has never been approved other than for experimental use, which means everybody that was forced to get a vaccine is part of an experiment and that's a violation of federal law, international law, and the Nuremberg Code,” said Dr. Bradley Jones, a family physician in Jefferson City. “I am speechless about what has gone on.”
Jones was reacting to a lawsuit filed against the St. Louis Public School Board, Superintendent Kelvin Adams, and Chief Human Resources Officer Charles Burton after it mandated the COVID-19 vaccine on all staff and suspended or terminated those who refused to comply.
“They should follow their lawsuit and not get the vaccine under any circumstances,” Jones told the St. Louis Record. “All it does is put you at risk for catching COVID. There are zero benefits to it.”
It was previously reported that workers were allowed to claim either a medical or religious exemption, but only two staff members out of 22 were granted religious exemptions and allowed to return to their jobs.
“Pfizer's own documentation states that anybody who had an autoimmune disorder should never receive the vaccine,” Jones added. “I had patients who had autoimmune disorders that I wrote a medical exemption form for and their companies refused them.”
COVID-19 vaccine opponents allege that the injection was manufactured using cells derived from human fetuses aborted years ago, according to media reports.
Increased incidents of myocarditis and pericarditis were reported to the CDC after COVID-19 vaccination but Jones has additional concerns.
“Vaccine Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (VAIDS) is a form of fatigue and if it becomes a full-blown problem in multi-vaccinated people, then you're talking about AIDS but instead of it being caused by an HIV virus, it’s caused by the vaccine and then people will have no immunity to any virus whatsoever,” he said.
