Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. is pleased to announce that Calvin Lynch has joined the firm’s St. Louis office as an associate in its Business Services practice group.
Calvin advises clients on corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and dissolution, and tax controversy. He specializes in providing tax solutions to partnerships, corporations, and individuals, and has experience representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Missouri Department of Revenue, and the Illinois Department of Revenue.
Before joining Greensfelder, Calvin served as an associate at another St. Louis-based firm. During law school, he was a member of the Tax and Transactional Law Society and served as an Assistant Managing Editor of the Journal of Dispute Resolution. He previously interned with the U.S. House of Representatives in 2015 as a congressional intern.
Calvin earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law and his B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
