Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. is pleased to announce that Steven Ahillen has joined the firm’s St. Louis office as an associate in its Business Services practice group.
Steven advises clients on a variety of real estate matters including transactions such as commercial purchase and sale agreements and development deals. His experience includes drafting transactional documents for the assignment of TIF and CID notes and redevelopment rights.
Additionally, Steven provides counsel on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and borrowing, cybersecurity, entity formation, and regulatory compliance matters. He has negotiated and drafted a variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including letters of intent, employment agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property licensing, loan financing, and shareholder and operating agreements.
Before joining Greensfelder, Steven served as an attorney at local St. Louis law firms, including as a litigator. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Health Care Compliance Association, the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce, and the Planning, Services, & Housing Committee for Cardinal Ritter Senior Services in St. Louis.
Steven is currently completing his LL.M. in Taxation from the Washington University School of Law, and earned his J.D., cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, in history and political science from Saint Louis University.
