After a bench trial, the judge in a recent Saline County, Missouri, case entered a judgment in favor of Alexandra Haar-Justice’s client. The case involved two competing boards of directors for a nonprofit organization. The defendants in the case had appointed themselves as board members and then attempted to access the nonprofit’s bank account and to convey to themselves the real estate owned by the nonprofit.
Haar-Justice, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, represents clients in complex litigation matters, including non-profit and school organizations. She was named to Lawyers of Color’s inaugural list of Nation’s Best Lawyers.
