Labor & Employment Virtual Series - 2022 National Program on September 13, 2022

Date and Time:

September 13, 2022

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. CT

Please join Husch Blackwell’s Labor & Employment attorneys for our annual Legal Update Seminar Series. The virtual series will launch on September 13 with a national overview of key legal developments impacting the workplace. The programs that follow will focus on state and regional labor and employment developments.

We invite you to customize your experience by choosing the topics that are most applicable to you and your organization. You can attend one, several or all sessions. Unable to join us at the scheduled date and time? Register anyway and we will email you the recording.

For our National Program, we will begin with a discussion about managing political conversations in the workplace, including possible protected activity under the National Labor Relations Act. We’ll also review the top ten questions employers are (or should be) asking about remote work, and will conclude our program with workplace safety considerations as employees return to the office, including preparing for and preventing workplace violence.

Who Should Attend

Business owners, vice presidents, directors, human resource professionals, general counsel and in-house counsel.

Continuing Education Credit

These programs are pending approval for Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin continuing legal education credit and HR Certification Institute and Society for Human Resources Management recertification credit.
