Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Nicholas J. Walker to the Kansas City office as a partner in the Labor & Employment Department.

Walker defends employers in multi-plaintiff and class/collective action litigation in both state and federal court involving alleged wage and hour violations as well as claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. He also counsels clients regarding compliance with various federal and state statues, including FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, the Missouri Human Rights Act and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia and B.S. from Truman State University.
