William Ray Price, Jr., and Jonathan F. Dalton, partners in Armstrong Teasdale’s St. Louis office, have been named to the inaugural 2022 Top 100 Power List by Missouri Lawyers Weekly. The inaugural list is a “best of” recognition comprising lawyers selected for the publication’s 12 other Power Lists. Price was selected to the Power List for Appellate Law, and Dalton appeared on the Power List for Lawyer-Lobbyists.
Price is a former Missouri Supreme Court judge who joined Armstrong Teasdale in 2012. At that time, he had served the longest term of any judge on the court, including two terms as chief justice. His practice includes litigation of claims involving class actions, mass torts, product liability, pharmaceutical liability, environmental regulation, land use, administrative, governmental and complex business issues.
Dalton counsels many of Missouri’s most successful organizations and individuals in business transactions and government/regulatory affairs. In addition to his legal practice, he serves as President and CEO of AT Government Strategies LLC, a subsidiary of Armstrong Teasdale, which provides full-service government relations and strategic counsel to advance the business objectives of companies, industry associations and other professional entities.
