He earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University, and a B.A. from Emory University.
Misty Edwards (Southern Illinois) advocates for major railroads in FELA cases and other personal injury actions involving major trauma or fatalities at grade crossings. Misty also represents manufacturing, shipping, and tobacco companies in class actions, general commercial litigation, personal injury and toxic tort actions, including those alleging exposure to asbestos. She earned her J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law, and a B.A. from Southern Illinois University.
Ryan Gehbauer (Dallas) provides responsive and strategic day-to-day counseling to his clients' leadership, HR, and in-house legal teams on a wide variety of issues that arise during hiring, firing, and every phase of employment. He also frequently counsels health care entities and other clients on the myriad employment issues tied to mergers and acquisitions. Ryan earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and a B.S. from the University of Kansas.
Scott Goldschmidt (Washington, D.C.) has particular experience in the areas of discrimination law, student affairs, contract drafting and review, policy development, and implementing controls to mitigate risk. He also handles a wide variety of regulatory and transactional work for institutions of higher education. Scott earned his J.D. from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, and a B.A. from The George Washington University.
Justin Mulligan (St. Louis) focuses on protecting all forms of his clients' intellectual property through litigation in federal and state courts across the country. These matters include patent, copyright, trademark, counterfeit, trade secret, and breach of contract cases. He earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, and a B.S. from University of Missouri-Columbia.
Conor Neusel (St. Louis) provides counsel to management in various types of labor and employment disputes. He has litigated on behalf of employers in both state and federal court, and in jurisdictions across the country. Conor earned his J.D. from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, and a B.S. from Georgetown University.
Keith Rasher (Los Angeles) represents employers of all sizes in a variety of litigation arenas, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour matters. Outside of employment matters, Keith has experience in business litigation issues, fraud and misrepresentation claims, premises liability, and product liability claims. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
Diona Rogers (Chicago) represents financial institutions in commercial finance and secured transactions. She works closely with bankers on the legal and financial terms of proposed lending transactions, and drafts and negotiates the resulting credit agreements, subordination agreements and other loan documents, ensuring in each case that her client's interests are protected. Diona earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, an MBA from Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business, and a B.A. and B.S. from Northern Arizona University.
Jayna Rust (Washington, D.C.) advises companies, transportation authorities, educational institutions, and other entities regarding their rights and obligations when doing business with (or receiving financial assistance from) the Federal Government. She also counsels and advises clients on contract- and grant-administration matters. Kristen Sanocki (St Louis) litigates complex commercial disputes, class actions, and state and local tax (SALT) cases for companies in Missouri and across the country.
