Greensfelder continues to expand its expertise in electronic discovery as six more attorneys earn their Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) credentials: Jeanine Bermel, Clark Hedger, David Simmons, Kiran Jeevanjee, Nick Coyle, and Paul Petruska.

The Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists administers the CEDS certification program. To earn CEDS certification, professionals must pass an extensive four-hour exam that measures an individual’s mastery of all aspects of electronic discovery. By earning the CEDS certification, our e-discovery professionals prove that they have the necessary knowledge and skill to manage e-discovery projects of any size with efficiency, cost-effectiveness and risk reduction in mind.

In addition to the recently certified attorneys, Greensfelder Officer Lauren Daming and litigation support manager Jesi Cochran-Buss also hold CEDS certifications.
